A field visit was organized by the Department of Varmam puramaruthuvam & sirappumaruthuvam for the IIl Professional BSMS students to Ayurveda medical college on 20.04.2026.
The field visit provided valuable exposure to traditional practices. Principles of mukkutram, diagnostic methods, and treatments were explained briefly.During the visit, they learned about physical manipulation techniques and also steam therapy.This practical exposure helped them better understand the procedure and its therapeutic benefits.Overall, the field visit was highly beneficial, informative and enriching experience for the students.
