CONTINUOUS MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME (CME) ON REJUVENATION AND COSMETIC PROPERTIES OF ALOE VERA
RVS Siddha Medical College and Hospital conducted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) on 07.07.2023 by the department of Gunapadam. The topic of CME is Rejuvenation and Cosmetic Properties of Aloe vera. Shri.Rama Shanmugam who has 40 years of experience in Cultivation of Aloe vera and preparation of diet related items and cosmetic therapies using Aloe vera, has made a presentation on Aloe vera and demonstrated more than 10 preparations using Aloe vera. He has demonstrated Aloe vera kheer, Aloe vera halwa, Aloe vera sanitizer, Aloe vera serum, Aloe vera ribbon patti for pain, Kumari karpam, PMS patti for pre menstrual syndrome.
Prof.Dr.R.Neelavathy, M.D(S)., Ph.D., Principal presided the CME, Dr.M.Selva Deepa, Reader gave welcome address and Dr.A.Shanuvas, Reader proposed vote of thanks. A total of 50 students and faculty members participated the CME from 09.00 A.M to 04.30 P.M on 07.07.2023 at Seminar Hall, RVS Siddha Medical College and Hospital, Coimbatore.
