Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery is the under graduate degree course with the duration of Five and Half years [5 ½ years] – 4 ½ years regular course and one year Internship. RVS Siddha Medical College and Hospital is affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University.

BSMS syllabus and curriculam designed by CCIM will be imparted and examination conducted by The T.N.Dr.MGR Medical University for award of degree.

Apart from Siddha subjects, Modern sciences viz. Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Research Methodology and Medical Statistics, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, General Medicine, Special Medicine and Surgery
