WORLDHEART DAY & RABIES DAY AWARENESS PROGRAM REPORT
On 26th September 2025, RVSSMCH successfully conducted a World Heart Day and Rabies Day Awareness camp at Kadampadi village, Sulur. The event aimed to educate the community about heart health, risk factors&prevention strategies.

Objective of the Programme
- To create awareness among the public about the prevention and control of heart diseases.
- To educate the community on rabies prevention and the importance of vaccination.
Programme Highlights
- Expert talk: Health care professionals and students delivered lectures on heart health and vaccination.
- Interactive sessions: Demonstration promoted health habits
- Distributions of educational materials: Pamphletson heart day and rabies day were distributed.
- Interaction session with public / students: Queries were clarified by health care professional and students.
Participants: People in Kadampadi village,Sulur.
Outcome of the Programme
- Increased awareness about preventive measures.
- Encouraged participants to adopt healthy lifestyle habits.
- Community educated on post-bite rabies vaccination importance.
Conclusion
The programme was successful in creating health awareness among the participants. Future camps are planned to continue community education.
