The first session was graced by Prof.Dr. P. Sadhasivam, MD(s), who delivered an insightful lecture on “Systematic Selection of Siddha Medicine Aligned with Foundational Doctrines” and effectively addressed the students’ queries. In the second session, the chief guest, Dr. K. Siva Kumar, MD(s), Director of Mahilam Siddha Hospital, Mallur, delivered an in-depth lecture on “Strategic Methodologies Adopted in the Preparation of Higher-Order Siddha Formulations.”
Mr. R. Madhavan, SMP, conducted a demonstration on the purification methods of Rasam, velli, vengaram, vangamand a visualization session of higher-order Siddha medicines such as LavanaKattu, SembuKattu, and Rasa Mani to provide deeper insights into Siddha pharmacology.
